The number of people occupying Hayden Lodge, must not exceed 6.
Parking at Hayden Lodge is limited to two cars only. However, there are limited parking spaces at the front of the park, if necessary.
1 well behaved dog is permitted, however this must be advised at the time of booking. The dog is not permitted on the furniture or beds.
Dogs must not be allowed off the lead within the Holiday Park area and any dog mess must be appropriately disposed of.
As a safety measure, children are not permitted to play on the Park’s roadways or pavements. A small play area is provided on the site of the Holiday Park.
Barbecues are limited to the rear of Hayden Lodge, within the designated patio area. No barbecues are permitted at the front of Hayden Lodge on the decking. The disposal of any barbecues must be done safely, ensuring all coals are cold and extinguished.
It is a Holiday Park condition that music of any sorts will not cause nuisance to others, especially between 10.30pm and 8.30am.
Please note that there is a 10 mph speed limit within the Holiday Park.
l Hayden Lodge is insured for fire etc & will under no circumstances be held liable for any loss or damage to guests’ property. Guests are subsequently advised to have holiday insurance covering loss of baggage and personal effects, if they are not already covered by their own house contents insurance.
We request that Guests respectfully look after the internal & external care of Hayden Lodge and subsequently report any breakages or issues to the Owners, during your stay or immediately following your departure. Guests will be responsible for any damage to Hayden Lodge, which is caused by you or your party, during your stay.
Hayden Lodge is fully equipped with bedding, bath mats & kitchen towels, however guests are required to provide their own bath towels.
