Booking & Payments

Hayden Lodge will secure your booking within our calendar, on the provision of your:

Name
Address
Telephone number
Total number of guests
Deposit payment of 25% of the total price – non refundable.

The remaining balance must be paid 6 weeks prior to the arrival date.
Should a booking be made within 6 weeks of arrival, full payment is required at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

100 per cent of the remaining balance will be refunded if cancelled more than 28 days prior to the arrival date.
Any cancellations made from 28 days prior to the arrival date is non-refundable.

COVID-19 Cancellation Policy

Should you be required to cancel your visit, due to Governmental Guidance in association with the current Global Pandemic, then please contact us at the earliest opportunity, to enable us to reallocate the Lodge.

We will subsequently offer you the opportunity to reschedule your visit and if required, we will arrange for your refund (including the deposit), within a 15 working day period from your official notification.

Dog Friendly

Hayden Lodge is happy to welcome 1 well behaved dog.

If you plan to take your dog, then this must be confirmed at the time of booking.

The dog is not permitted on the furniture or the beds.

Please note that no dogs are permitted to be left alone in the property at any time, which is also a condition of the Holiday Park.

Dog owners are responsible for their dogs at all times, and must remain on a lead whilst being walked in the grounds of the Holiday Park.

Any dog fouling must be attended to immediately and safely disposed of in the exterior bins, located at the rear of Hayden Lodge.

There is an area to the rear of the Holiday Park which you can get direct access to, should you wish a short walk to exercise your dog. Please refer to the Site Map for guidance for its access.
